We hope you are all keeping safe and well. Since the lockdown we have been doing our best to keep in contact with residents – especially those that are having to self-isolate. We are contacting elderly residents by telephone to ensure that they have what they need and for a friendly chat.
With the help of two local social enterprises – Golden Sparkle CIC and Athac CIC – and food from FareShare, we have been able to distribute food to families and elders in the Birchfield area. We plan to continue this weekly for as long as needed.
