A compelling performance by young people in the production – “Scream of Dreamz” at Grosvenor Road Studios on Friday. The play is a culmination of many weeks work and daily workshops and rehearsals over half-term week including vision boarding, dance coaching and a workshop on “Life not knife”. It is a combination of music, visual arts and performance pieces exploring the issues of youth culture, aspirations, folklore, legacy and challenging the community to take action to reduce youth violence.
Well done Russell, Nyah, Daniel, George, Dee, Krystel, Dwayne, Richella and Stephan and especially all the young people involved. Thanks also to the parents for their support throughout and for attending the performance.
