Covid-19 has had a huge impact on many people in the Birchfield area and in response Birchfield Big Local has commissioned local social enterprises to offer a community-based approach to addressing the priorities raised. Activities include a mixture of online and in-person programmes designed to address priorities such as nutrition and diabetes; promoting better mental health; promoting physical exercise and fitness; reducing isolation; supporting families; and helping people back into work, training or self-employment.
